The last set of audtions for the Miss Elegant World 2010 Pageant took place on Saturday, 17th July at D'eclipse Nightclub. Judges on the night were Veronica Conteh (Publisher - Salonestyle Magazine), Taiwo Odebode (Publisher Tiya Magazine), Theodora Ibekwe (founder,actress,entrepreneur), Adaora Ukoh (Nollywood Actress)  and Rosemarie Wither ( Former Miss Regent St). 

The finals will be held later in the year where the qualifiers will go head to head in a bid to be crowned Miss elegant World 2010.

The first final was in 2009 and this years final promises to be even bigger and better.  In the words of the founder Theodora Ibekwe, 'We shall be looking for an elegant girl, capable of carrying herself well. One who is gracefully refined in her ways, mannerisms, style and exhibits dignified proprietry. Some associate elegance with  simplicity, consistency and of course restrained beauty of style. In other words, Miss Elegant Worldwide is not about facial beauty, height or weight but about the elegance in you'.

The contest began with the girls strutting their stuff in swimwear followed by evening wear . They were also judged for intellect and confidence as they were questioned on various issues by the panel of  judges.
